The kitchen was equipped, offering great flexibility! The staff was friendly and genuinely tried to help, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Housecleaning was infrequent, requiring some self-maintenance. Noise concerns mentioned by others were unverified during my stay.

this so-called aparthotel was a disaster. the air was stuffy, and i can't believe they expect guests to tolerate such heat without even a fan. there was no closet, just a drawer on its last legs. i almost left a great review but then we didn’t even get a welcome gift. what a letdown.

There was also no closet for hanging clothes, just a shaky drawer that looks like it might fall apart. Wi-Fi was unreliable early in the day and during busy times near Oktoberfest, leading to frustrating interruptions. Water was unavailable for several hours, but this was a one-off occurrence.

staying here made it super simple to stroll through the nearby ostpark and enjoy the beautiful green spaces, as well as quickly access cultural gems like the deutsches museum, which is less than 5 km away, making my weekend adventures truly delightful and memorable.

i stayed at firstsleep boardinghouse griesfeldstrasse muenchen aparthotel for 2 nights, and it was great. the location is close to a business park where options are limited. i appreciated how the guy at reception rearranged our rooms to get us closer since we had to take two separate rooms. it made things easier for our family.

the only downside was that there were no family rooms available.
